As a tribute, he’s organizing the ‘Here for the Food’ festival with the city of Lincoln, bringing together various restaurants for a day of culinary exploration.
On Saturday, October 18, attendees can sample the restaurants featured on Keenan’s page. “Many followers create lists of places they want to try,” he explained. “Sometimes it takes them months to check one off.”
The festival isn’t just about food; it’s a way for community members to connect and for restaurant owners to engage with their neighbors. Keenan hopes this event inspires others to pursue their ideas and dreams.
