Users are currently unable to log in to Outlook, Microsoft’s email service. Reports of this issue are pouring in from various platforms.
People are discussing the problem on Downdetector.com and Reddit. Users say they can’t log in, and previous logins are no longer accepted. Even if they enter their passwords correctly, they receive messages that the passwords are incorrect. Trying to reset the password does not help, and errors range from “invalid credentials” to “server error,” depending on the email service.
