Marvel Rivals players are currently facing error code 2103, known as Operation Frequency Too High. This problem prevents many from queuing into the game.
It’s not entirely clear what’s causing this issue, but it seems to impact numerous players on servers across North America, Asia, and Europe.
Players on all platforms—PC, Xbox, and PS5—are experiencing this 2103 error.
NetEase, the game’s developer, has acknowledged the issue and is actively working on a solution.
In the official Rivals Discord channel, a NetEase representative named rivals_james confirmed that fixing the 2103 error is a “top priority.”

Some Rivals players on Reddit suggest that repeatedly pressing the matchmaking button might help get into a game.
This tip works for a few, but many players are still struggling with the 2103 error.
These players will have to continue waiting for a network patch from NetEase.
