Caitlyn is getting a performance boost, and her capabilities are literally expanding and speeding up. Cho’Gath, on the other hand, hasn’t had much impact recently, so we’re improving his base stats to help him thrive. With Ezreal’s rework, we aim to make him a stronger late-game contender, giving him a slight enhancement to start scaling better.
Talon also has a bug fix that addresses issues with his Omnivamp and bleed effect. Although he’s been strong, we’re adding a small nerf to keep things balanced.
We’re excited about making the Timebreakers more versatile, so we’re giving Milio a boost to enjoy his time in the spotlight.
In this patch, Diana is getting more power in both damage and toughness. Maokai has been lagging compared to other tanks, so we’re increasing his health to make him more durable.
Samira has been showing up consistently, so we’ve decided to introduce a notable nerf for her while keeping an eye on her performance as the meta evolves. On the other hand, Viktor is facing a significant nerf after previously dominating the game, as we seek to redistribute some power among Psionic champions and items, like Gragas.
Corki is slightly behind other four-cost carries, so we’re providing a gentle buff to help him catch up. It’s important to note that we’re facing challenges in getting strong primary tanks. While there are better options at lower costs, we plan to enhance the frontline diversity both this patch and the next.
For five-cost champions, we’re adjusting Graves’ tech tree to balance his Assault Frame while enhancing his Marksman options. Vex has also been outperforming others, leading to a nerf focused on reducing her outrageous range and making her less dominant.
In summary, these changes aim to create a more balanced and enjoyable gaming experience, making sure every champion has their moment to shine.
