Meet John Gilman: Your New Ford Service Manager at Triple J Auto Group!

Triple J Auto Group has promoted John Gilman to the position of Ford service manager, effective February 1. In this new role, he will manage daily operations at the Ford Service Department. Gilman will work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to improve overall efficiency and enhance customer service.

“I’ve been lucky to work with a great team,” Gilman shared. “I’m proud of how we care for our customers and excited to continue improving the service experience.”

Gilman joined Triple J in April 2021 as a shop controller. He quickly showcased his leadership skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. Just a year later, he became shop foreman, further boosting team productivity and service quality.

Jay Jones, the executive vice president of Triple J, praised Gilman’s journey within the company. “His commitment to improvement and hands-on experience makes him a perfect fit for leading the Ford Service team,” he said.
