Dr. Benson Lukose joins Southern Medical Associates as a family medicine specialist. He graduated from SABA University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean and completed his residency at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, Mississippi. Dr. Lukose is dedicated to building strong relationships with his patients. He believes this connection can greatly improve their health outcomes. “I’m thrilled to be here. Dr. Yuxuan Mao has joined McLeod Cardiology Associates. Before becoming a doctor, he worked as an engineer at IBM, where he helped design popular gaming consoles like the PlayStation 3 and Xbox. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his residency at East Carolina University. Dr. Mao has extensive training in cardiovascular disease, including specialized fellowships in Electrophysiology. He is board-certified and focuses on treating complex rhythm disorders.
