High Point University is gearing up for an exciting 2025-26 basketball season. Head Coach Flynn Clayman has announced a roster that adds 10 new players, boosting an already talented group of eight returning champions. This mix includes eight transfers and two true freshmen.
“I’m thrilled about our new roster,” said Coach Clayman. “We’re bringing in players from various backgrounds, including former champions and all-conference performers. These young men not only excel on the court but also embody the values of High Point University.”
The New Additions
Point Guards:
Rob Martin – Standing at 5’10”, this senior from St. Louis transferred from Southeast Missouri State. He averaged 14.8 points per game last season and was recognized with a First Team All-Conference nod, leading in assists in his previous league.
Conrad Martinez – This 6’0″ guard from Spain comes from the University of Arizona, where he contributed during their Sweet 16 run last season. He showed promise at the FIBA U18 European Championship, bringing international experience to the team.
Guards:
Scotty Washington – A 6’4″ guard from Los Angeles, Washington averaged 14.6 points at Cal State Northridge. He played a key role in leading his previous team to a historic season.
Vincent Brady II – From Indianapolis, the 6’3″ Brady had a strong season at Missouri State, scoring over 1,000 career points.
Babacar Diallo – This 6’6″ guard from Senegal is coming from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He led his team in assists last season and had a strong postseason performance.
Kasen Krueger – The 6’1″ guard hails from California and impressed during his high school career, leading his team with a remarkable 1,705 points.
Power Forward/Center:
Youssouf Singare – The 6’10” center is joining after a successful stint at the University of Connecticut, contributing to their NCAA championship.
Cam’Ron Fletcher – With a journey through several colleges, 6’7″ Fletcher is looking to remain healthy and fulfill his potential after facing injuries.
Owen Aquino – This 6’8″ forward from Spain averaged 8.6 points and impressed with five double-doubles last season.
Caden Miller – Another true freshman, this 6’9″ forward from Cincinnati has a decorated high school career, recognized as an exceptional defensive player.
