Vrabel didn’t hold back. He noted that Belichick and his team brought in 70 new players, but their performance hasn’t met expectations. While some new coaches start strong, Belichick’s debut at North Carolina has been rocky.
Interestingly, many coaches can turn things around quickly. A survey by the National Football League Coaches Association found that new coaches with a solid strategy and early wins often gain strong support from fans and players alike. This trend highlights how crucial a successful start can be.
