Travel tech company Mize has taken a big step by acquiring RightRez, which focuses on air travel technology. The terms of the deal haven’t been shared.

Mize started in 2016. They believe this acquisition will enhance the services they offer and help them become a “multi-vertical fintech leader.”
Known as a rising star in travel tech, Mize combines its expertise in AI and data analytics with RightRez’s 20 years of air travel knowledge. This partnership is expected to create exciting new growth opportunities.
“RightRez’s experience in air travel is invaluable, and we’re excited to bring them into the Mize family,” said Dor Krubiner, Mize’s co-founder and CEO. “This move aligns perfectly with our goal of becoming a top fintech provider, delivering innovative solutions for both accommodation and air travel needs.”
Maria von Foerster, CEO of RightRez, echoed this sentiment: “Partnering with Mize opens up new avenues for creativity and development. Together, we’ll create exceptional solutions that will empower our customers in the fast-changing travel landscape.”
Based in Israel, Mize was previously known as Hotelmize and raised $12 million in Series B funding earlier this year.
