MSQ Sport + Entertainment has welcomed Kim Broadbent as its new managing partner. Kim comes from Havas Play, where she led significant campaigns like Jaguar Land Rover’s ‘Embrace the Impossible’ and EE’s ‘Support it’s in Your Hands.’
In her new position, Kim will guide a diverse team at MSQ Sport + Entertainment. Her goal is to help brands navigate the exciting and complex sports and entertainment landscape.
Kim is the second key hire in recent months, following Georgia Bridgwood, who joined as strategy partner. Together, they will collaborate with agency founders Steve Martin and Jamie Wynne-Morgan. Another creative partner will also join the team soon.
With over 15 years of experience, Kim has a strong background in agency work and sponsorship. At Havas Play, she led activation efforts for EE and BT’s sponsorships in various sectors, including football and film. Her career also includes work at Synergy (Engine Sport), where she engaged with brands like Emirates and Mastercard.
Kim expressed her excitement about joining MSQ Sport + Entertainment. She looks forward to collaborating with her team to achieve remarkable results for clients and is eager to tackle an exciting year ahead in sports.
