NeuroFlow Acquires Quartet Health: Transforming Behavioral Health Through Value-Based Care

There’s a big move in the behavioral health tech world. NeuroFlow, a company based in Philadelphia, has acquired Quartet Health, which focuses on value-based behavioral healthcare.

While the details of the deal remain under wraps, NeuroFlow plans to keep supporting Quartet’s current clients, including Independence Blue Cross.

This marks NeuroFlow’s fourth acquisition in just two years. Earlier this year, they acquired Owl Health to gain advanced care measurement tools and a unique behavioral health analytics model from Intermountain Health.

Quartet recently sold its telepsychiatry division, innovaTel, to Iris Telehealth. InnovaTel is known for its specialized skills in handling complex mental health issues.

With this latest acquisition, NeuroFlow aims to enhance its AI-driven platform, boosting integrated behavioral health services. This will improve referral and care navigation for payers, health systems, and government entities.

Quartet’s strong network of behavioral health providers and its referral management tools will significantly expand the services NeuroFlow offers its clients.

According to Chris Molaro, NeuroFlow’s CEO, this is a pivotal moment. He believes that integrating Quartet and its clients into their platform will help make behavioral health care more accessible and effective for everyone.
