LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is looking into a new sexual battery claim against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Currently, he is serving a four-year prison sentence related to prostitution offenses.
A male music producer revealed that he was invited to a photo shoot in late 2020 for clothing belonging to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. When he arrived, Combs allegedly exposed himself and demanded a sexual act, even throwing a dirty shirt at him. The producer, who prefers to stay anonymous, didn’t report the incident for years due to embarrassment. He finally contacted police in Largo, Florida, this September, right after Combs was convicted on other charges.
Combs’ attorney didn’t provide a comment on the new allegations.
The Sheriff’s Department received a report from Florida and is now investigating these claims. The police report also describes an incident from March 2021. The accuser states that he was restrained by two men before Combs allegedly accused him of being a “snitch” and assaulted him.
In July, Combs was convicted for orchestrating drug-fueled sexual encounters involving his partners and male sex workers across multiple states. He was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges that could have resulted in a life sentence. He is set to be released in May 2028 but might qualify for time reductions by participating in various prison programs.
