Christina Fulton is taking legal action against her ex, Nicolas Cage, after a serious incident involving their son, Weston. In her lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, she claims that Nicolas enabled Weston’s reckless behavior, which she says led to an assault on her in July 2024.

Weston, who is 33, was arrested for allegedly attacking Fulton with a deadly weapon. The lawsuit points to Nicolas’s negligence in caring for their son, stating that he has repeatedly bailed Weston out of jail and even drank alcohol with him, despite knowing about Weston’s struggles with substance abuse.
Fulton’s lawsuit highlights that Weston has a history of mental health issues and violent behavior. She claims Nicolas, aware of these problems, failed to intervene and prevent such incidents from occurring.
The legal documents mention that Fulton suffered severe injuries during the alleged attack, including a concussion, eye injury, dental damage, and PTSD. Due to her injuries, she had to withdraw from a Netflix series and promotional activities for her business, Cyclish.
While the specific damages being sought are unclear, the lawsuit accuses Nicolas of neglect and Weston of assault and emotional distress. This case brings serious allegations to light, focusing on family dynamics and the responsibilities parents hold in guiding their children.
