Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, another MVP contender, had a rough outing, finishing with 18 points while missing 15 of his 22 attempts. Jalen Williams was the standout for the Thunder, scoring 32 points, with Chet Holmgren contributing 18.

The game was tight at 102 after regulation, with both Gilgeous-Alexander and Jokic missing shots that could have sealed the win. Daigneault believes overcoming challenges is crucial for creating a great team, highlighting their ongoing journey toward excellence.
