For engineering, Ohio State’s undergraduate program is ranked 15th among public institutions and 28th overall. The university also remains committed to supporting military-connected students, ranking 15th among public institutions in this area.

In a competitive landscape, Ohio State is recognized as the 21st most innovative public university and 42nd nationally, reflecting its commitment to advancing curriculum and campus life.

In its 41st year, the Best Colleges issue evaluates around 1,500 institutions using up to 17 measures of academic quality. Ohio State stands out among more than 400 national universities in this rigorous assessment.
