In the quarterfinals, Raike defeated NC State’s Latrell Shaffer with a score of 9-3, showcasing his skills with two takedowns. He continued his winning streak in the semifinals, overcoming Appalachian State’s Kai O’Dell 11-5 after landing three more takedowns. In the finals, Raike put on an impressive performance, securing a major decision over Jeremiah Price, also from Appalachian State, with a final score of 17-6.
Strong Finishes for Freshman and Junior Wrestlers
