Select Orangetheory Fitness Studios to Feature Molekule’s Air Purification Technology
Orangetheory Fitness is partnering with Molekule to bring advanced air purifiers to select studios. This upgrade will provide fresh, clean air during workouts.
The timing is significant as Lauren Cody steps into her new role as brand president. Orangetheory is launching a revamped brand strategy that includes updates to marketing, digital experiences, and studio environments.
This move aligns with the interests of younger generations, like Gen Z and millennials, who value healthy spaces. Many are drawn to wellness trends and prioritize clean air and water quality in their surroundings.
Orangetheory chose Molekule for its FDA-cleared PECO-HEPA technology. The studios will feature both Molekule Air Pro and Air Mini+ models.
Rory Ellis, the vice president of innovation and design at Orangetheory, emphasized that the decision was made after thorough research. “Adding this technology shows our dedication to maintaining high wellness standards in our studios,” he stated.
The Molekule Air Pro is effective for larger areas, capable of covering over 1,000 square feet, while the Air Mini+ is perfect for smaller spaces, like reception areas.
Molekule CEO Jason DiBona remarked, “We aim to improve indoor air quality everywhere, including fitness studios. This partnership enhances the overall atmosphere for those exercising.” This collaboration marks a positive step in both companies’ missions to promote healthier living environments.
