Johan Munch narrowly missed a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds, while Matija Samar contributed 11 points and six assists. Olavi Suutela, in his first start, went 3-for-3 and tallied seven points and five rebounds. Jorge Diaz Graham played a crucial role in the final moments, adding seven points and making all his attempts.

In the second half, UIC mounted a comeback to go ahead 52-51. However, Oregon State kept their composure. Samar evened the score, and Diaz Graham made key shots late in the game. Lake sealed the win with a jumper, helping the Beavers maintain their late-game edge.
