Paige DeSorbo is taking time to focus on herself after her breakup with Craig Conover. Since ending their relationship in late December 2024, she has been exploring her personal growth and enjoying her independence.

On a recent episode of her podcast, Giggly Squad, Paige and her friend and co-host, Hannah Berner, talked about the tendency some women have to “fix” their partners. Paige emphasized how being single can help individuals discover their own needs and desires. “Being single is so healthy,” she said. “You learn what you want and need.” Her own experiences have led her to new realizations about herself.

Paige mentioned that before being single, she never prioritized her health. “I’d just ignore my body,” she admitted. However, adjusting to her single life has sparked a new motivation. “Now, I feel like I have to take care of myself,” she shared, realizing the importance of being healthy.

She also expressed surprise at how easily she has fallen into a workout routine. “I’ve been exercising three times a week without even thinking about it,” she said. It felt empowering for her to recognize her strength and commitment to fitness. “I’m stronger than I realized,” Paige noted.

While she finds empowerment in her single life, Paige noted that being in her 30s has its challenges. “It’s different being single now compared to my late twenties,” she said. The carefree club nights of her earlier years no longer appeal to her in the same way. “I can’t imagine going to a club until 4 a.m. now,” she laughed, reflecting on how expectations change with age.

In the past month, Paige has been staying busy. She attended a New York Knicks game with Hannah and even went to a Philadelphia Eagles game. Although she hasn’t hit the nightlife yet, she has enjoyed dinners out with friends, embracing this new chapter in her life.
