Tianjin (China) – Prime Minister Narendra Modi was warmly welcomed by the Indian community upon his arrival in Tianjin, China, on Saturday evening. He is in China for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit, which starts on Sunday.

The lively welcome featured cultural performances and enthusiastic chants of “Vande Mataram” and “Bharat Mata ki Jai.” PM Modi shared the moment on social media, thanking the community in Tianjin for their warm reception.

Before reaching Tianjin, PM Modi was in Tokyo, Japan. Upon landing at Binhai International Airport, he mentioned on social media that he looks forward to productive discussions at the SCO summit and meeting with various leaders.
