Prime Minister Narendra Modi is excited to meet former President Donald Trump. He reminisced about their collaboration during Trump’s first term as President of the United States. Modi expressed his hopes for a productive meeting, stating, “I look forward to meeting my friend, President Trump. We shared warm experiences while building a strong partnership between India and the US.” He believes this meeting will benefit both nations and contribute to a better future globally.

On February 13, PM Modi plans to have discussions with Trump and engage with business leaders and the Indian community. Before heading to the US, he will first visit France for an AI Summit on February 10 and 11, following an invitation from President Emmanuel Macron. Modi will co-chair the event and will meet Macron to enhance India-France relations. He will also inaugurate India’s first consulate in Marseille and tour the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor project, which aims to promote sustainable energy.

During his time in France, Modi will pay tribute to Indian soldiers who fought in the World Wars at the Mazargues War Cemetery, honoring their sacrifices. His visit emphasizes not just international relations but also the importance of remembering history and those who have served.
