Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently opened up about the uncertainty in her acting career, which often leads to anxiety about her income. As one of the most popular actresses in India, known for roles in films like *The Matrix Resurrections* and the series *Citadel*, she experiences unique challenges. In the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK, she candidly shared, “My job is uncertain. It’s not a cheque coming in every month, so it creates anxiety.”
Despite these worries, she has a deep passion for acting, saying, “I’m a greedy actor. I love my job very much.” When she’s not working, Chopra Jonas enjoys simple pleasures like taking walks, savoring ice cream, and reading a good book—activities that contrast sharply with the demands of her profession.
At 42, she describes herself as someone who often expresses emotions easily. “I’m a cancer (star sign) – I cry at the drop of a hat. I love my family, I live to eat,” she said. Her love for food even extends to conversations, as she enjoys discussing meals during lunchtime.
Chopra Jonas married singer Nick Jonas in 2018 in two lavish ceremonies. Together, they welcomed a daughter via surrogacy in 2022. Priyanka has expressed that she wouldn’t have married Nick unless he “ticked all the right boxes.” She emphasizes the importance of mutual respect in a relationship, stating, “You have to look for someone who respects you.”
