This incident occurred on December 13, in the Barus and Holley engineering building during an economics class. The gunfire sadly claimed the lives of two students, Ella Cook and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov, and left nine others injured.
The individual investigators are looking for is described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build. Images show a man dressed in dark clothing, including a beanie and mask, walking near the campus shortly before the shooting. Police believe he is armed and dangerous and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
The shooting led to a significant law enforcement response. According to recent reports, the FBI has offered a $50,000 reward for tips that lead to the identification and capture of the suspect.
