Qatar’s Ongoing Humanitarian Aid to Syria

On July 23, 2025, Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) partnered with the Qatari Embassy in Damascus to provide crucial assistance to people in Syria. Recently, they sent a new aid convoy from Jordan into southern Syria. This convoy included 12 trucks filled with 96 tons of flour, aimed to support local bakeries in producing essential bread for communities in need.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent Society (SARCS) will distribute this flour based on local bakeries’ requirements. Just a few days earlier, the first shipment of aid was successfully delivered to the region, highlighting Qatar’s commitment to supporting Syria amid ongoing humanitarian challenges.
