At the moment, Tarantino is focusing on a new venture—a play in London’s West End. He announced that he is developing an “old-fashioned British farce,” drawing inspiration from classic playwrights like Brian Rix and Ray Cooney. This was revealed on The Church Of Tarantino podcast. “The play is all written, it is absolutely the next thing that I’m going to do,” he mentioned, adding that he hopes it will be successful. If it flops, he admits he might step back from the spotlight.
Historically, Tarantino’s last stage project was a live reading of The Hateful Eight, which showcases his talent for storytelling in various formats. Now that his son has turned six, Tarantino has hinted he might finally dive back into filmmaking. He believes it’s crucial for his son to understand the stories behind his films.
