MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A convention center turned into a vibrant hub of kindness last month as more than 300 UiPath employees came together to pack food for those in need.

The gathering took place at the Fountainebleau Hotel. With upbeat tunes from the 1950s filling the air, the team worked quickly, putting together 200 food bags in under an hour. They were joined by volunteers from the Lions Club in this inspiring event aimed at supporting The Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Ben Fiechtner, President for the Americas at UiPath, shared his enthusiasm: “Integrating local volunteer opportunities into our events is a huge passion for us. It’s a great way to support the community and strengthens our team spirit.”
UiPath took care of all the food needed for the project. The bags were filled with a variety of staples, including cereals and canned proteins. Each bag provided items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This generous effort aimed to assist students at the Miami Lighthouse and local seniors.
Virginia Jacko, President and CEO of Miami Lighthouse, expressed her gratitude, saying, “Thanks to all UiPath employees and the Lions Club Hunger Relief Committee for making this our biggest food packing event ever. Your support helps tackle food insecurity for our visually impaired program participants.”
Fiechtner added, “We are thankful for the chance to partner with the Miami Lighthouse on this vital cause.”
