Raymond Lifestyle Limited (RLL) has reached new financial heights for FY26, marking a significant milestone. Their total income soared past ₹7,000 crore (about $746.87 million) for the first time, thanks to strong domestic demand and growth in their branded offerings.
The company reported an 11% year-on-year increase in total income, hitting ₹7,034 crore. Their EBITDA surged by 23% to ₹804 crore, with an improved profit margin of 11.4%, up from 10.2% a year before.
During the fourth quarter, income jumped 15% year-on-year to ₹1,810 crore. EBITDA for this period saw an impressive 53% rise, reaching ₹152 crore, indicating robust demand across their textile and apparel lines.
Satyaki Ghosh, the CEO, emphasized their focus on increasing revenue and customer reach. Looking ahead, he mentioned that FY27 would be a year of consolidation, aiming for sustainable profitability and value creation for stakeholders.
Interestingly, the growth in their branded textiles was 14%, with revenue reaching ₹831 crore. Their garmenting segment had the most remarkable growth, skyrocketing 38% to ₹342 crore. This segment bounced back to profitability, a significant turnaround from a loss the previous year.
The surge in revenues can be partially credited to the recent US-India trade deal, which has created favorable conditions for business expansion. However, challenges remain. Rising geopolitical tensions, particularly involving the US and the Middle East, threaten to drive up freight and raw material costs.
Raymond has also emphasized its commitment to environmental goals, aiming for increased use of renewable energy and implementing initiatives to reduce waste. Ghosh noted that they are integrating digital solutions to create a resilient future for the company.
