Three Scottish brothers have made history by setting a world record for the fastest unsupported row across the Pacific Ocean. Jamie, Ewan, and Lachlan Maclean completed their incredible journey in just 139 days, traveling over 9,000 miles from Peru to Cairns, Australia. They are the first team to achieve this full crossing between South America and Australia.

During their adventure, the Maclean brothers faced rough seas, injuries, and even a dramatic moment when Lachlan was swept overboard. They kept pushing through these challenges while raising over £700,000 (around $945,690) for clean water projects. Their goal is to provide clean water for about 40,000 people in Madagascar through their charity, the Maclean Foundation.
