GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The FIU women’s track and field team had an impressive outing at the RADD Sports Invitational on Friday, with standout performances on display. Lisa Redlinger took home the win in the 3000m event, finishing with a personal best of 9:33.34. This time ranks as the third-best in the program’s history.
Redlinger’s teammate, Leonora Lynn, also shone with a personal best of 10:04.19, placing her 10th on the all-time list for the 3000m. Additionally, Lisa Adjouadi made waves in the one mile run, clocking in at 5:01.23—good enough for eighth in the program’s history.
Also competing in the 3000m alongside Redlinger and Lynn was Lorena Bartakovic, who finished sixth with a time of 10:15.43. In the one mile, Adjouadi secured seventh overall, while Ane Martin del Campo followed closely, completing the race in 5:04.55 and finishing 10th.
In pole vaulting, Krysten Sanders achieved a solid fourth-place finish, clearing a height of 3.5 meters.
