Darrell Sheets, known from the A&E hit show “Storage Wars,” passed away at the age of 67 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Authorities reported that he suffered what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
On April 22, 2026, at around 2 AM, police received a call about an unresponsive male in a residence. Upon their arrival, they found Sheets and pronounced him dead on the scene. The police later indicated that the investigation would continue and the case was handed over to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s office.
Darrell gained fame as one of the prominent figures on “Storage Wars,” a show where buyers compete to find valuable items in abandoned storage units. In his later years, Darrell faced health challenges, including a heart attack in 2019, which led him to retire in Arizona. There, he opened an antique store named Havasu Show Me Your Junk.
