Revamped Signs Illuminate Bloomingdale’s Emergency Food Box: A Fresh Look for Community Support
Dellice Chase with new signs

Dellice Chase accepts the new signs from Beckett Robinson.

To the editor:

The Bloomingdale Emergency Food Box has received a fresh look. Thanks to Saranac Lake High School’s technology teacher, Mr. Uchal, and his student, Beckett Robinson, the food box now features durable new signs. These signs were installed with the help of Coral Palyswiat, the current caretaker, right after the holiday season.

You can find the food box outside the Bloomingdale Fire Department. It welcomes donations of non-canned goods in winter and any non-perishable food during summer. Remember to check expiration dates when you donate. A big thank you to everyone who contributes to this effort. Your support keeps our community strong!

Sincerely,
Dellice Chase
Founder of the Bloomingdale Emergency Food Box
