Ozie Pela Joins Wonder
Wonder has welcomed Ozie Pela as the new Head of Production, Logistics, and Transportation. Ozie comes from The Campbell’s Company, where he was VP of Enterprise Logistics & Transportation.

2025 RTIH Innovation Awards Highlights
Food delivery took center stage at the recent 2025 RTIH Innovation Awards. Notable winners included VoCoVo, Everseen, and Iceland. This year set a record for entries, reflecting the adaptability and innovation in retail during tough times.
The awards ceremony on October 16th was held at The HAC in Central London, marking the event’s fifth anniversary. Hosted by comedian Tiff Stevenson, the event was a blend of celebration and recognition of creativity in retail.
Scott Thompson, the founder of RTIH, highlighted the growth of the awards, noting that they began with just 30 attendees. This year saw record participation and impressive submissions. “The innovation in both traditional and digital retail is a testament to the industry’s resilience,” he remarked.
