Savor the Best Bites: Discover Mouthwatering Delicacies at This Local Food Festival!

If you love delicious food, you won’t want to miss the “EEEEEATSCON LA” food festival. This annual event is all about serving big portions, unlike many festivals that focus on small samples. It’s set to take place at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on June 28 and 29. Expect over two dozen popular local and national eateries showcasing their best dishes, along with some special treats just for this festival.

Brant Cox, who leads editorial efforts at The Infatuation LA, calls these restaurants the “rock stars” of the food scene. He explains that EEEEEATSCON isn’t just another food festival; it’s designed with the vibe of a music festival, where the restaurants take center stage.

This year’s event promises top-notch food. “You will taste some of the best dishes in Los Angeles and beyond,” Cox said. “The lineup is on fire.” Some standout local names include Fitoor, known for its wood-fired Indian cuisine, and Mini Kabob from Glendale, a beloved eatery popular for its kebabs. Cox mentioned that Mini Kabob will debut a special Chicken Caesar wrap—a must-try, he says.

One collaboration everyone is buzzing about is between Quarter Sheets, a favorite pizza spot, and Bridgetown Roti, offering a unique oxtail pizza. “This is something people will want to line up for,” Cox advised.

Additionally, EEEEEATSCON provides a great chance to try dishes from beyond California. Cox is particularly excited about a Nashville food truck, Brave Idiot, famous for its hot chicken, bringing a taste of the South to the West Coast.

But it’s not just about the food. The festival will also feature expert-led panel discussions and live music, making it a well-rounded experience for foodies.
