Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious allegations in a new indictment tied to his ongoing criminal case. The 15-page document, reported by Rolling Stone, claims that Combs threatened and mistreated employees in his businesses. Prosecutors in New York say he created a work environment filled with fear, leading some workers to believe they could be harmed or fired if they didn’t follow his orders.

One specific allegation in the indictment states that Combs used various forms of harm—physical, psychological, and even financial—to pressure an employee into sexual acts. He currently faces charges including sex trafficking and racketeering after his arrest in September 2024. Combs has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial in May; if found guilty, he could face significant prison time.
In defense of Combs, his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, insists that many former employees would defend him. He noted that Combs firmly denies all accusations and looks forward to presenting his case in court, maintaining he never forced anyone into sexual acts against their will.
Prosecutors argue that Combs used his wealth and influence as a “criminal enterprise” to engage in various crimes over the past two decades. They claim he manipulated and coerced romantic partners and employees through intimidation and violence. Notably, they allege an incident where he attempted to break down a door with a hammer.
According to the indictment, Combs allegedly kept tight control over certain employees, demanding long hours and little rest while using threats and other forms of harm to enforce his demands. In January, a prior indictment added more alleged victims, detailing accusations of forcing women into commercial sex with male escorts.
This legal situation parallels accusations made by singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who claimed in a lawsuit that Combs abused her throughout their ten-year relationship. Although Combs settled that case swiftly, he continues to deny the allegations.
As trial approaches, Combs’ defense team asserts he has changed and sought help for substance use issues in the past. However, reports from Rolling Stone indicate that he may still struggle with volatile behavior, with multiple individuals claiming they experienced physical or sexual abuse at his hands between 2016 and 2024.
