But one comment from a reader caught my attention: D&J Glove Repair declared, “A hill I’m willing to die on is that you don’t include lettuce on a gyro.” That got me thinking. Honestly, I never considered whether lettuce belongs on a gyro. Every gyro I’ve had has had it, but that’s the beauty of food opinions — everyone has their own hot takes!
