Shark Tank India Season 4: Sahil Vohra Achieves Historic All-5 Shark Deal, Securing Major Funding with Vineeta Singh and Kunal Bahl

In the latest episode of Shark Tank India 4, Sahil Vohra and Isha Chadha Vohra pitch their healthy breakfast brand. They offer a unique range of breakfast options, including chilla batters and sprouts. Their asking price? Rs 50 Lakhs for a 2% stake in the business.

As part of the pitch, they invite Aman to make his own chilla using their batter. Anupam jokes about making it “idiot-proof,” while Aman struggles a bit but ultimately manages to whip up a dish, claiming it’s the first time he’s made something other than Maggi.

Sahil explains their mission: to help people manage their time better and enjoy convenient meal options. The sharks are especially impressed with their sprouts, and Anupam dives into a discussion about the product’s nutritional value, including the protein content in their chilla.

They also address concerns about sodium levels and highlight how their products remain fresh without preservatives. Sahil shares his background, revealing he grew up in Bhatinda. His childhood dream of studying commerce was shifted to engineering at IIT, where he later went to DPS RK Puram. Interestingly, both Vineeta and Kunal were also in the same batch of students, adding a personal touch to the pitch.

When asked why they’re focusing on a smaller market instead of taking on larger competitors, Sahil emphasizes the importance of carving out a niche. After discussing their financial details and market strategy, Aman makes the first offer of Rs 1 crore for a 5% equity stake. Then, Vineeta counters with Rs 50 Lakhs for a 2.5% stake, and Anupam matches Aman’s offer.

Kunal goes big, throwing in Rs 2 crore for 10% equity and up to Rs 4 crores for 20%. Anupam also jumps in to match Kunal’s offer. As discussions heat up, the pitchers suggest an offer from all five sharks. After some negotiations, they collectively agree on Rs 4 crores for 22.22% equity.
