Shilla Stay has announced an exciting partnership with the French lifestyle brand Roxitane. This collaboration will overhaul the room amenities across its 15 locations in South Korea, excluding Jeju Island, where local brand Jeju India will remain in use.
The new amenities feature the "Verbena Line," known for its fresh scent derived from verbena grown in Provence, France. This line includes five products: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion, and hand wash. Roxitane, which has been around since 1976, focuses on using natural ingredients in its body, hair, and hand care products.
So far, the new amenities have been rolled out in Seoul’s Guro, Samsung, Yeoksam, and Seocho branches, with additional locations set to follow by June.
To celebrate this collaboration, Shilla Stay is offering a special package called "Relaxing with Roxitane." This package, available until the end of the year, includes an overnight stay and Roxitane’s "Aromacology Travel Kit." The kit contains shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shea butter soap, all crafted with natural essential oils.
This partnership reflects a growing trend in the hospitality industry to provide eco-friendly products that enhance guest experiences. According to a recent survey, 75% of travelers prefer hotels that use sustainable and natural amenities. This shift not only attracts environmentally conscious guests but also fosters loyalty among those seeking a more authentic and comforting stay.
By partnering with a recognized brand like Roxitane, Shilla Stay is not just upgrading its amenities; it’s also aligning with a larger movement towards sustainability and quality in hospitality. This transition could signal a new expectation among travelers, who increasingly seek memorable experiences tied to local and natural elements.
