Shocking Grocery Store Incident: Recalls Prompted After Content Creator’s Disturbing Allegation of Urinating on Food in N.H.

A young woman from Keene, New Hampshire, is in trouble with the law. Kelli Tedford, 23, is accused of contaminating food at a local grocery store and sharing videos of her actions online.

Last Friday, police arrested Tedford and charged her with criminal mischief, a serious crime in New Hampshire. The police statement revealed that the investigation began after an anonymous tip on February 14. The tipster claimed that Tedford had uploaded videos showing her contaminating items at the Monadnock Food Co-op.

Upon learning about the videos, the grocery store acted quickly. They removed the affected products from the shelves and worked with health officials to recall the potentially contaminated items. Police believe that Tedford may have contaminated other products in various stores in Keene and nearby areas, with some videos dating back to 2021.

The incident caused significant financial damage to the Monadnock Food Co-op, amounting to over $1,500 due to destroyed merchandise and cleaning expenses. The co-op issued a recall for several bulk products bought between February 10 and February 15, including:

• Organic White Quinoa
• Organic Tri-Color Quinoa
• Organic Cornmeal
• Organic Polenta
• Organic Coconut Shreds
• Raw Walnuts

The co-op reached out to customers who may have purchased these products. They reassured the community that customer safety is their top priority and confirmed that there are no ongoing health risks.

After her arrest, Tedford was released on bail. She is set to appear in court on April 7.
