It’s crucial to recognize the difference in heart attack symptoms based on gender. Men typically feel dizziness and an accelerated heartbeat. In contrast, women may experience jaw or back pain along with nausea. Ignoring these signs can be dangerous.

To reduce the risk of heart issues, Johnson suggests a few simple lifestyle changes. Aim to exercise at least five times a week for 30 minutes. Eat a diet low in sodium and rich in heart-healthy foods. Staying hydrated is also essential, as is getting a good night’s sleep before your hunt.
