Crown Zone 8 Forestry Amendment (2023-2027)
- Proponent: Department of Forestry, Agriculture and Lands
- The plan includes expanding the harvest area to combat the Spruce Budworm outbreak in Forest Management Zone 8, which spans from Gros Morne National Park to St. Anthony. This amendment aims to salvage treated forest stands, crucial for maintaining the ecosystem.
Victoria Route 70 Water and Sewer Upgrade
- Proponent: Town of Victoria
- This project focuses on replacing around 825 meters of water and sewer pipes along Route 70. The work will include a new water main under the Salmon Cove River, alongside upgrading existing sanitary infrastructure.
Triple Falls Trailer Park Expansion
- Proponent: Pasadena Equipment Services Inc.
- An expansion of about 25.5 hectares will create new campsites and amenities, such as hiking trails and improved facilities, enhancing recreational opportunities for visitors.
