Almost six weeks after emails revealed a connection between Jeffrey Epstein and New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch, Tisch is planning to transfer his share of the team to his children. In a memo to NFL executives, Tisch and his siblings announced their request to transfer their 23.1 percent stake in the Giants into trusts for their kids.
Despite this move, it seems Tisch will remain involved with the team. A spokesperson stated that his role will stay the same even if the league approves the transfer. Tisch’s family has a long history with the Giants; his father, Preston Robert Tisch, bought 50 percent of the team back in 1991.

In the emails, Epstein introduces Tisch to several women, referring to them in crude terms. One exchange shows Epstein congratulating Tisch on his connection with a woman, suggesting he go slow because of an age difference. This raises ethical questions, given Epstein’s history and the nature of their conversations.
As the situation unfolds, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell stated that the league would assess all facts related to Tisch’s emails with Epstein. During a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing, Attorney General Pam Bondi indicated that they are willing to investigate further if warranted.
