
Supreme Court On BJP Case: The Supreme Court has indicated relief to BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Manoj Tiwari. The Supreme Court has rightly referred to as the choice of the High Court canceling the investigation carried out by Jharkhand CID towards him. However, the Supreme Court has stated that the DGCA (Directorate of Civil Aviation) can take action if it desires within the case of alleged compelled entry into Deoghar airport and strain to fly the aircraft.
Jharkhand Police had alleged within the case registered in September 2022 that BJP MP from Godda, Jharkhand Nishikant Dubey and BJP MP from North East Delhi Manoj Tiwari forcibly entered Deoghar Airport on August 31, 2022. He put strain on the Air Traffic Control (ATC) folks to permit his aircraft to fly solely at evening, whereas this facility was not out there at Deoghar Airport.
Jharkhand High Court had canceled the FIR
On March 13, 2023, the Jharkhand High Court had canceled the FIR of Jharkhand Police. The High Court had referred to as the police action malicious.
