- Brave New Restaurant and K Hall and Sons in Little Rock
- Taylor Steakhouse in Dumas
- Dixie Pig in Blytheville
- Ohio Club in Hot Springs
- White House Cafe in Camden
Ryall emphasized that no matter where you go, you’ll find amazing food. The celebration also includes a People’s Choice award where the public can vote for their favorite eats. Finalists in this category feature:
- Jesse James Foods and Meme’s Burger in Batesville
- Oxley Store and Diner in Oxley
- Salty Dalty’s BBQ Food Truck in Morrilton
- Gypsy Willow Scratch Kitchen & Oyster Bar in Cave City
The voting is open until August 6, with winners announced at a special dinner.
This year also highlights a special “Gone, But Not Forgotten” category with nominees like Cajun’s Wharf and Browning’s Mexican Grill. It’s a touching tribute to beloved places that have closed their doors.
Additonally, the Cynthiana grape, cherished in Arkansas for over 120 years, has been named the Food of the Year. This recognition shines a light on local agriculture and the importance of keeping culinary traditions alive.
