Tata Power Fuels Action at the Shaurya Bharat EV Rally 2025 with Innovative EV Charging Solutions – Passionate In Marketing

Bengaluru, July 28, 2025 — Tata Power is making waves as a top EV charging provider in India. Recently, it played a key role in the Shaurya Bharat EV Rally 2025, organized with the Indian Air Force, Tata Motors, and PHDCCI (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

The Shaurya Bharat EV Drive is not just any rally; it’s a salute to the bravery of our armed forces while promoting eco-friendly travel. This event stretches from New Delhi to Adampur in Punjab, thanks to support from the Air Force Adventure Wing.

This drive aims to honor defense personnel and boost the use of electric vehicles (EVs). The goal is clear: promote clean energy and responsible environmental practices.

The rally covered notable stops like Murthal and Ambala, featuring over 30 Tata Harrier EVs. Tata Power’s EZ CHARGE network ensured smooth sailing along the way, providing reliable charging services at key locations. Thanks to their efforts, the entire 600+ km journey went off without a hitch.

This event was more than just a celebration; it tested India’s EV infrastructure under real conditions. Tata Power’s efficient charging points were crucial, allowing the convoy to travel seamlessly.

Tata Power sees this as a step towards a larger goal—making electric mobility accessible across India. With more than 5,400 public and captive charging stations and over 1.35 lakh home chargers, the company covers over 600 cities. This network supports various types of EVs, making long-distance travel easier for everyone.

So far, Tata Power’s network has enabled 23.6 crore green kilometers globally, avoiding more than 1 lakh tonnes of CO₂ emissions with electric buses alone. Their aim for 2030? To expand to 7.5 lakh home chargers and 10,000 public charging points.

The Shaurya Bharat EV Rally 2025 is a proud moment that marries India’s green goals with respect for the armed forces. Tata Power’s supporting infrastructure transformed this tribute into a significant national message — demonstrating that sustainable progress is achievable when purpose meets innovation.

As we look forward, the shift toward electric vehicles is supported by growing public interest. Recent surveys indicate that 65% of urban residents are considering EVs as their next vehicle choice, showing a significant shift in consumer mindset. With leaders like Tata Power paving the way, the road to a greener future is bright.
