In an Instagram post, Tracy thanked his fans for their well wishes. He revealed that his illness came from a bad dinner, saying, “I’m doing okay now, and doctors say it was food poisoning. In 2012, he collapsed at the Sundance Film Festival, with reports attributing it to exhaustion and altitude. After that incident, he humorously remarked, “Superman ran into a little kryptonite,” referencing his Brooklyn roots and the struggle with high altitude.
In 2014, he suffered a serious accident when a Walmart truck collided with a limo he was in. He endured two weeks in a coma and worked hard to relearn how to walk and talk. Tracy’s journey reflects resilience in the face of health obstacles.
