He was apprehended at a nearby grocery store after a brief foot chase. During questioning, Han admitted to being the shooter, expressing his frustration over financial disagreements with the victims.
According to Carrollton Police Chief Roberto Arredondo, this wasn’t a random act of violence. Both victims shared prior business connections with Han. “We’re still trying to understand what triggered his actions,” said Arredondo, while assuring that the injured victims are now in stable condition.
