CALDWELL PARISH, La. – Authorities have arrested Lucas Stowe, a 37-year-old man, in connection with a shocking incident that led to his father’s death. Charged with second-degree murder, Lucas faces serious consequences after a dispute escalated tragically.

On May 1, the Caldwell Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) received reports of a pedestrian struck in the parking lot outside of J&K Drugs and Gonzales Mexican Restaurant. Paramedics were called to the scene as witnesses reported a serious injury.
