Gregg Glenn III, a talented player from Tulane University’s men’s basketball team, tragically lost his life over the weekend. The news, shared by the university, details that the 22-year-old from Pompano Beach, Florida, was a Health & Wellness major and had started 34 games last season.

While the university has not released specific details regarding his passing, local reports indicate that Glenn drowned while swimming with a friend near Miami.

Tulane’s coach, Ron Hunter, expressed his sorrow, saying, “Our program was devastated this morning as we learned of the passing of our beloved Gregg Glenn III. His energy, dedication, and kindness will be deeply missed.” Hunter emphasized the importance of honoring Glenn’s memory by celebrating the impact he had on his teammates and the community.
