The individual was part of the district that includes Buffalo, Dawson, Franklin, Gosper, Harlan, Kearney, and Phelps counties.
Flu cases can lead to serious complications, emphasizing the importance of vaccinations. According to the CDC, during the 2023-24 flu season, vaccinations can reduce the risk of severe illness by up to 60%. It’s crucial for everyone, especially those in high-risk groups, to stay current on their vaccinations.
