Food can be both healthy and enjoyable. Dr. Jamuna Prakash from Mysuru suggests that managing hypertension doesn’t mean cutting out beloved snacks entirely. Instead, it’s about moderation. Chef Ajay Chopra agrees, suggesting adding elements like smoked flavors or lemon juice can enhance dishes while keeping them healthy.
